We are now both on Lottie’s Meats, full time! We overlap on a lot of our responsibilities but Chelsey leads on all things related to Food Service & Production while Cassie leads on Marketing, Sales, & Finance!

Red, White, or Bubbly?

Chelsey: Red

Cassie: Hard to choose! Currently, red. ‘Tis the season!

Favorite binge-worthy show?

BOTH: We are in an “action/drama” phase and both recently binged Lionness and are liking Landmine on Paramount! 🫣

Dream vacation?

BOTH: We both really want to visit Sweden and Copenhagen and explore the nordics more! Especially because they are known for pork & 🌭. A hot dog business trip?! We’re planning it now.

Go-to wine night pairing?

Chelsey: Homemade sourdough pizza night with caesar salad paired with a light slightly chilled red (Chefs kiss!)

Cassie: We loveeeeee having a pasta night and pairing our ground Calabrian sausage with a tomato sauce, pasta noodle and all of the wine!

Guilty pleasure?

Chelsey: Bubble bath, wine and a reality show.

Cassie: Wine. Just wine. And coffee. A lottt of coffee. Is a vice the same as a guilty pleasure? I have a lot!

You’ve had a lot of success in your career - what’s your best career advice? 

Chelsey: Try to give others the benefit of the doubt and understand their position. Everyone usually has good intentions!

Cassie: Likewise, we both try to make it really easy to work with us and try to go above and beyond for partners, vendors, customers. At the same time, it is important to know your worth, boundaries and prioritize. It’s hard to balance it all and when we are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, we try to anchor on one thing at the end of the day that we can do to prioritize, keep things moving, and feel a sense of control & accomplishment (while giving ourselves a sense of peace and list to tackle the next day).

Chelsey: Cien Chiles Hot Sauce - use it on everything!! Or now, anything Le Bon. We recently made some cute sausage socks with them and we’re obsessed!

Cassie: We both LOVE Huxley Energy Drinks and Leisure Hydration – two beverage brands we met in the last year through starting our own little CPG biz. I also really love Beauty Counter skincare products and snacking on Eat Realsy Chocolate Peanut Butter dates!
