Dream vacation?

Bhutan! There is so much fantastic history and landscape in this tiny country. It was also the first country in the world to achieve carbon-negative status. I’m dying to go! 

Go-to wine night pairing?

Pizza (apparently, this is not the "appropriate pairing" in Italy, but it's fun to break the rules sometimes). My go-to is a margarita pizza if I'm ordering in, and in the summer, I love to make pizza on the grill for a fun wine night activity. This recipe is my go-to for the perfect crispy thin crust.

Guilty pleasure?

McDonald's – I get it every time in the airport (and sometimes when I'm not. 😂)

You’ve had a lot of success in your career - what’s your best career advice? 

Surround yourself with good people. Throughout my corporate career, I always picked roles based on who I worked with rather than a flashy title. One of my favorite Warren Buffett quotes is, "It's better to hang out with people better than you. Pick out associates whose behavior is better than yours, and you'll drift in that direction." I feel this is so true in friendships and work.

This is a tough one! Whenever I travel or am at home, I have Lululemon Align leggings (they are the best for yoga), PCA Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum (I use it twice a day), and my Warby Parker Amelia glasses (super stylish & affordable). I also always have a set of our Vinat cocktail napkins ready – they make the perfect hostess gift.
