You’ve had a lot of success in your career - what’s your best career advice? 

1. Stand out at every job by being outstanding at every task. Deliver beyond expectations. 
2. Arrive at the office an hour before everyone else to get a head start on the day. (Early birds often run into the CEO in the empty hall-- there's your chance to grab a coffee)
3. Always make time to volunteer for projects or extra work that your superiors value. 
4. Forge meaningful connections with a cross-section of your colleagues -- at every level. Such networking always pays in the long run (Think of the intrepid female Bunny cop, who wrote  a record number of parking tickets in "Zootopia")
5. Send fulsome, thoughtful, thankful notes immediately, by snail mail, whenever possible.

My darling husband, Paul of 6 years!, Maybelline 24-hour lipsticks, Essie "Scarlet Starlet" nail polish, Byron Lars fashions (go-to designer since early 1990s), and my personal trainer (2x a week for 12 years and counting)
